1. We want to communicate the following very important information to you before the tournament starts.All venues will have a "plus one" status. Non-Compliance will result is this "plus-one" rule being revoked immediately
2. Entrance to the University of the Free State will only happen through Gate5 (Next to the Kovsie Church). No other gate will be allowed for entrance and the security will not let you through.
3. Every vehicle entering the University needs a QR code. This QR code can be obtained at the following link
   https://www.ufs.ac.za/covid19screening
4. This QR code is only valid for one day.
5. Indemnity form should have been filled in before 5 today. If it was not filled in then no plus one will be allowed.
6. Tuck shops will be available at all venues, selling limited stock due to covid regulations. 
7. Doubles Sign-In closes at 13:00 on Saturday 24 April.
8. Accreditation will be handed out to all player on the first day of play. Please make sure you receive your accreditation.
